Yes. We ship orders all over the world using the Royal Mail delivery service. Just enter your location details at the checkout to find out the cost of delivery to your country.

Please note, you may be liable to pay any taxes and/or duties on the goods which are being imported to your country. You will be invoiced separately for this if it does apply.

If you're a UK customer you will have the option of Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 days) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 day) delivery.

For our international customers, we offer an International Signed/Tracked service and aim to deliver all items within 3-7 days (depending on the delivery location). 

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout. 

Once your order has been received and processed, we will get in touch to notify you when the order has been dispatched. Within this email, you'll be given a tracking number to track your order with Royal Mail.

Yes. We have official agreements in place with all of the brands we offer. This allows us to operate as an authorised reseller of their products.

All of our products are shipped to us directly from the manufacturers themselves. This means all products will remain in their sealed packaging, untouched and then sent out to customers in the exact same condition.

We have very stringent measures in place that limit access to the products whilst stored in our facility, this further reduces the risk of product tampering.

Yes, we accept payments in Bitcoin and Ethereum. We've partnered with Coinbase to provide a quick, easy and secure way to pay with Cryptocurrency.

The process is simple, at checkout just select the 'Coinbase Commerce' payment option. This will take you to a new screen where you can select the chosen Cryptocurrency you want to pay with (we only accept Bitcoin and Ethereum at this time). Once selected, you will be shown a wallet address and QR code to which you can send your Cryptocurrency. You have the option to send funds from your own wallet or if you're a Coinbase customer you can simply pay using your existing account.
