Refund policy

At Crypto Nest, we offer a full 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving delivery of the items then you can request a refund for your order.

Eligibility 

Returns can only be accepted if the product has not been opened, outer packaging remains in good condition and all tamper-evident seals are unbroken.

All items being returned will be closely inspected to ensure that there is no evidence of product tampering. 

Return Process

To initiate a return please contact us directly either using the Live Chat widget on our website, via our contact form or by email to info@cryptonest.co.uk 

Once we have received a refund request, we'll provide you with the shipping details in order to return your items.

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, your refund will be paid in full to the original payment method used to make the order. This includes payments made using Cryptocurrency.
